Lockton Panel: Beyond Uptime: The Real Risks Across the Data Centre Lifecycle

Building on the success of last year’s Lockton hosted all female panel, widely recognised as one of the standout sessions at Datacloud Global Congress, we are building on the strong line up from last year with a sharper, more strategic focus. We will convene a group of leading women who are actively shaping the data centre sector across development, operations, investment, legal and innovation.

This session, “The Real Risks Across the Data Centre Lifecycle”, will explore how risk is evolving as data centres scale in size, complexity and criticality. The discussion will take a broad, forward looking view of risk from concept to commissioning and through stabilised operations, including environmental considerations, funding and finance, customer contracting and leasing, supply chain resilience, and the increasing constraints around power availability and grid connection. Expect practical insights, real world perspectives and a clear view of what ‘good’ looks like for resilient, investable and insurable data centre platforms.
