  1. As we continue to embrace digital transformation across all sectors, the demand for data centre capacity is experiencing an unprecedented surge, driven and shaped by AI. To support this growth, substantial capital investment is necessary. Modern data centre construction and expansion is capital-intensive, requiring access to diverse debt capital markets. Traditional bank financing, alongside alternative financing sources such as private credit, will play a crucial role in funding these large-scale projects. The ability to secure funding will be a critical determinant of how quickly and efficiently these data centres can scale.
