Angela Paterson is Vice President of People and Culture at Salute, where she helps drive the company’s people strategy across a global, mission-driven workforce, including talent development, culture, and initiatives that support Salute’s growing community of military veterans.

With over a decade of experience in the data center and technology sector, Angela has built and scaled high-performing talent functions across EMEA and internationally, driving transformation in talent acquisition, employer branding, workforce planning, and employee value proposition development. Her work has consistently aligned people strategy with business growth, enabling organizations to attract, develop, and retain top talent at scale.

Before joining Salute, Angela held senior people leadership roles with data center operators and across the technology, oil and gas, and financial services sectors. She brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution across recruitment operations, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational design.

Angela is deeply committed to ensuring that underrepresented talent, including veterans and women in technology, are supported by meaningful programs and pathways. At Salute, she helps steward a workforce, where military experience is recognized as a professional asset and a foundation for excellence.

In addition to the ‘day job’ she is also passionate about supporting both wellbeing and charity initiatives within the organization. She has driven global employee challenges – created to support both physical and mental wellbeing – in addition to being a key contributor to the Salute corporate charity initiatives.
