Barış Uyar leads technical operations at Karpower, focusing on fast-track power infrastructure solutions for hyperscale data centers and large-scale industrial applications. He oversees the company’s Gigawatt Park and modular power block initiatives, combining expertise in energy systems, infrastructure delivery, and power utilization efficiency.

With a background spanning both the energy and data center sectors, Barış has led complex projects from construction through commissioning, including large-scale offshore energy assets and hyperscale data center developments.

Prior to joining Karpower, he managed strategic infrastructure and technology projects within the global data center sector, with a particular focus on energy optimization and mission-critical facilities.

Barış holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London and University of Leeds, specializing in mega-project delivery and contracting strategies.
