Bora Goekbora is a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group and a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. He advises telecom operators, digital infrastructure platforms, infrastructure investors, private equity funds, and public-sector leaders on strategy, transformation, corporate development, and transactions across connectivity, AI, and digital infrastructure.

Bora’s work sits at the intersection of connectivity, cloud, edge, AI, and compute infrastructure. He helps clients evaluate growth opportunities, develop scalable commercial and partnership models, and navigate major investment, financing, and transaction decisions in rapidly evolving digital infrastructure markets.

He has led high-impact engagements across North America and globally, supporting leadership teams as they respond to rising demand for compute, cloud, and AI-enabled infrastructure; evolving capital requirements; and new models for sustainable value creation. A published patent holder, Bora brings an innovation led perspective to how emerging technologies translate into investable platforms, partnerships, and scalable businesses. Outside of client service, Bora serves on the board of a US-based digital infrastructure developer focused on mission critical communications for public safety, first responders, and their communities.
