Cabrelle Abel
Cabrelle Abel is a Partner and Associate General Counsel in Infrastructure Legal Affairs at Microsoft, where she leads global legal support for datacenter land permitting, acquisition, and development, colocation leasing, networking, operations, and EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction). Just prior to her current role, Cabrelle spent almost four years as the lead attorney for the Worldwide Deal Desk, where she helped manage Microsoft’s largest and most complex commercial licensing deals around the world. Cabrelle first joined Microsoft in June of 2013 as a product attorney for the online advertising business, where she primarily focused on privacy and business development deals, then went on to have various roles in CELA Commercial. Prior to that Cabrelle was a generalist attorney for drugstore.com, inc., a small eCommerce company acquired by Walgreens. She began her career as a litigator at K&L Gates. Cabrelle received her undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA and received her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. In her free time, you can find Cabrelle on the beach in Maui.
