Caroline St. Clair is the Digital Infrastructure Lifecycle Practice Leader for North America at Aon, where she works with developers, operators and investors navigating the full lifecycle of assets — from early development and capital formation through scaling, operations and portfolio optimization. Her role sits at the intersection of risk, capital and execution, supporting clients as projects grow in size, complexity and financial sophistication. Caroline’s experience spans strategic account management, risk advisory and execution, giving her a practical understanding of how capital structures and risk allocation decisions play out over time — not just at financial close, but as assets scale, portfolios aggregate and operating realities test assumptions. She regularly works with sophisticated risk portfolios and large‑scale clients in the data center, digital infrastructure and real estate sectors, where underwriting, lender expectations and investor confidence are increasingly shaped by early design, governance and risk decisions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University, with a minor in Spanish, and earned her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation in 2013.
