Daniele is the Strategy and Product Senior Director for Industrial Power Generation at Baker Hughes, based in Italy.

In this role, he is accountable for leading the Baker Hughes Industrial Power Solutions portfolio strategy, with a special focus on data centers and industrial applications. He also oversees product leadership, including new product development, licensing and agreements.

During his career Daniele has held several technical and business leadership roles, focusing on driving results and systems-thinking working across different regions, end-markets and technology applications including gas turbines, turbo-expanders, electric motors, automation, controls, and industrial valves.

Daniele has a master’s degree in Engineering, with a specialization on Energy and Environment.
