Elina Kaura works as Head of Legal and HR, Group General Counsel, EVP at Assemblin Caverion Group. She is also a member of the Executive Committee and Executive Management Team of the Group as well as a secretary of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of the Board. On top of her responsibilities at the Group, Elina serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Ilmarinen, Finland's largest private earnings-related pension insurance company.

Data centres and related infrastructure is an important segment for Assemblin Caverion Group, which has expertise across all key data centre systems (MEP) from planning to maintaining. Elina has been working closely with the contractual, legal and human resource aspects of related projects.
