Eric Boonstra is a highly respected digital infrastructure executive and entrepreneur with decades of leadership experience in the data center industry. Before leading Kevlinx, he spent more than five years as General Manager EMEA at Iron Mountain Data Centers, where he led the company’s growth across the UK, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.

Prior to that, Eric build the company EvoSwitch as CEO, where he spent a decade developing one of the Netherlands’ largest and most sustainable data center campuses before successfully leading the company through its acquisition by Iron Mountain in 2018.

Beyond his executive roles, Eric has held senior leadership positions at Siemens, ABN AMRO and Staples. He also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Worldstream and as a Board Member of the Belgian Digital Infrastructure Association (BDIA). In addition, he actively contributes to several industry, government and policy boards, including the Dutch Data Center Association.

At Kevlinx, Eric is focused on building a future-proof and sustainable pan-European digital infrastructure platform that enables the next generation of AI, cloud and digital innovation hubs.
