His responsibilities also include oversight of industry‑specific go‑to‑market strategies, client segmentation and recruitment.

Jeff brings almost four decades of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Over that time, he has held senior leadership roles focused on driving growth, strengthening client relationships and shaping industry strategies for complex, capital‑intensive organizations. His career has been defined by close collaboration with executive teams and boards, helping clients navigate change, allocate capital effectively and align commercial ambition with long‑term performance.
