As the Sr. Vice President and Global Tech Sector Business Development Lead at HDR, Jeff manages global accounts and mentors Client Service Managers across the Data Center, Technology, Hospitality, and Commercial Markets. With more than 25 years of experience developing strong client relationships and delivering sustainability-focused solutions, he helps clients achieve their cost, scope, and schedule goals through integrated design delivery. He also leverages key relationships within Fortune 500 organizations to provide innovative, reliable, and cost-effective design and construction solutions across industries including Food Processing, Pharma, Manufacturing, and Data Centers.

 

Jeff is passionate about understanding the key success factors that drive client outcomes and earning trust through clear, consistent communication. He drives new business by serving as a client advocate and aligning HDR’s resources to consistently exceed expectations. By connecting HDR’s capabilities directly to client needs, he builds long-term partnerships, expands opportunities, and improves overall performance.

 

He is also deeply committed to supporting the veteran community, as a veteran of the US Navy active during Desert Storm/Shield he actively contributes to the iMasons Armed Forces initiative and HDR’s Veterans Employee Network Group. Through these efforts, Jeff helps strengthen connections between the technology sector and those who have served, reflecting his belief in leadership, service, and creating meaningful opportunities beyond business.

 

Jeff collaborates closely with colleagues to develop innovative, practical solutions and strives to elevate every project and relationship he supports. His mission is to help HDR and its clients grow, innovate, and lead in the global technology sector and beyond.
