Joanne joined Mercury in 2007 and has held a number of roles over her time at Mercury, including her current role a Chief People Officer and is part of Mercury’s Strategic Leadership Team. Joanne is responsible for leading People strategies which includes talent acquisition & scaling the organisation, reward structure, talent development, performance management, Leadership development & succession planning, organisational development and compliance, cross multiple European locations.

Joanne plays a key role leading the People Pillar of Mercury’s Go Beyond Strategy. Joanne works closely with executives driving organisational success through effective people strategies.

Joanne is currently President of the Mechanical & Electrical Contractor Association (M&ECA). She holds a BSC in Human Resources Management, a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland, an Executive MBA from Dublin City University and is currently completing a course for Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors.
