Joe is a Principal Consultant and Data Centre Lead at STL Partners. Combining a background advising enterprises on technology strategy & implementation with recent experience advising their digital infrastructure vendors, he has led strategic engagements with data centre operators and vendors ranging from corporate strategy and commercial due diligence through to market evaluation focused on data centre construction and connectivity. Joe holds a BA in Economics from Durham University.
