He leads Aon’s Construction and Infrastructure Practice for the EMEA region, overseeing a team of more than 250 specialists and managing between USD 1 billion and USD 1.5 billion in premium placed into insurance markets each year.

Throughout his career, Jon has focused on large‑scale, technically demanding projects where resilient physical infrastructure, disciplined risk allocation and dependable risk transfer are critical to successful delivery. He has deep expertise in Public‑Private Partnerships (PFI/PPP), with a particular emphasis on structuring bankable insurance solutions that support financing, lifecycle performance and long‑term asset resilience.
