Martina Kitts is General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at STACK Infrastructure, EMEA, a role she has held since December 2022. She brings more than two decades of international legal experience spanning digital infrastructure, energy, engineering, and professional services, with deep expertise in commercial negotiation, corporate governance, and complex cross‑border transactions. Prior to joining STACK, Martina held senior legal leadership roles at NTT Global Data Centers, where she served as Director of Legal & Commercial, and at AlixPartners as Senior Legal Counsel. Throughout her career, she has advised senior leadership teams on large‑scale infrastructure developments, strategic partnerships, and risk management across EMEA. At STACK, Martina leads the EMEA legal function, supporting disciplined growth, operational execution, and long‑term value creation.
