Michel Grabon brings 37 years of global experience with the company. He is currently Technical Leader for the Data Centre Vertical at Carrier and is responsible for commercial product marketing within the Carrier European Organisation. The Data Centre Vertical team is dedicated to developing comprehensive value propositions and enhancing cross-functional and regional alignment to support the data centre sector.

Previously, Michel led the Advantec BSG engineering team in the EMEA region and managed the Advanced Systems and Refrigerants group within the Carrier Technology Department. In these roles, he was responsible for defining technology roadmaps and overseeing project execution for systems and new refrigerants. Earlier in his career, Michel directed Engineering for the Commercial Applied Global Platform and led engineering operations at the Montluel Design Centre.

Michel began his career with United Technologies (Carrier France) in 1989 after earning a DEA in Heat Transfer from INSA Lyon, France. He also holds a master’s degree in Energy Engineering from INSA Lyon and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics and Energy from the Polytechnic School in Poland. He is the inventor or co-inventor of more than 100 patents related to system architectures, product design, heat transfer, controls, acoustics and related products.
