Molly Tully, Global Specialty Client Segment Lead | Aon Reinsurance Solutions

Molly Tully is an Executive Managing Director at Aon Reinsurance Solutions, based in Boston, and leads the Global Specialty Client Segment. She brings the best of Aon to clients by shaping bespoke reinsurance and capital solutions, powered by data‑driven insights and the firm’s global expertise. Molly is also a member of Aon’s Risk Capital Digital Infrastructure task force, where she helps deliver strategic, innovative capital solutions to clients across a global platform.

She has been with Aon since 2006 and advises Property and Casualty clients on reinsurance placements and capital management strategies, with a focus on global specialty carriers. 

Molly holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College.
