Prof. Dr. Claus Nesensohn is an energetic revolutionary in the construction industry and an expert in Lean Construction, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM). As a co-founder and board member of refine a consulting firm with offices in Stuttgart, Munich, Zurich, Paris and Vienna, he has used the methods of the lean philosophy to guide and coach more than 1,000 members of company management, project and construction managers and employees in the construction industry throughout Europe and to take them on the exciting journey of company transformation competence building and the creation of high-performance teams.
