A seasoned leader with 25+ years in the telecommunications and internet infrastructure sectors, Raul has held CEO roles at Net Access, Voxel, Smart Telecom, and InfoHighway, and served as a senior advisor for Digital Bridge Holdings. His career spans leadership, restructuring, and investment evaluation across high-growth tech companies. Raul holds a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University and a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University’s SIPA.
