Simon Allen is a seasoned Digital Infrastructure professional with over 20 years in the data center industry, leading digital infrastructure projects worldwide. Based in London, he founded the UK Data Centre Interest Group in 2011 to foster collaboration among industry peers. From 2018 to 2022, Allen served as Executive Director of Infrastructure Masons, a non-profit professional association guided by a top-tier Advisory Council. He co-founded the Data Center Incident Reporting Network to share information on incidents anonymously. Currently, Allen advises in the Data Centre sector, focusing on AI/ML-related start-ups.
