Sunita Bottse
Sunita Bottse is the Chief Executive Officer of Syntys, where she leads the company’s strategic initiatives and growth across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). She oversees the development and operations of Syntys’ carrier-neutral data centers across multiple markets, addressing the evolving digital infrastructure needs of businesses in the region.
With a career spanning over 15 years in digital infrastructure, Sunita’s journey began in 2011 at Ctex (LATAM), where she played a pivotal role in establishing the first Tier IV-certified data center in Latin America.
She later served as CEO of SUPERNAP, delivering Thailand’s only Tier IV multi-tenant data center and achieving industry-first sustainability milestones, such as the implementation of solar-powered operations.
Most recently, she was the Senior Director of Data Center Site Acquisition (EMEA) at Microsoft, where she was responsible for leasing and acquiring data center capacity to support the expansion of Cloud and AI infrastructure.
A widely honored industry authority, Sunita has been recognized as a Top 25 Woman in Technology and is a recipient of the iMasons IM100 and the Women in ICT Shining Star Award. Her influence is further highlighted by her inclusion in the Top 25 Women in Technology and the Global Leadership Award from the Women in Tech Global Movement. Most recently, her status as an industry leader was solidified by her induction into The CEO 50 – Class of 2025 and the Top 100 Women Data Centres 2025 and 2026.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Sunita is a passionate advocate for sustainability and diversity, leading initiatives for iMasons iMWomen’s EMEA and serving on the judging committees for the DataCloud and Global Connectivity Awards.
