As the Managing Director of STL Partners’ consulting business, Tilly has more than eight years of experience leading growth and strategy projects across edge computing, cloud, digital infrastructure, and telecoms. She is recognised for her expertise in edge computing ecosystems, distributed cloud, AI infrastructure, and data centre markets. Her recent work includes forecasting European data centre supply and demand for the European Commission and assessing the commercial opportunity for liquid cooling health monitoring solutions for a Nasdaq-100 technology company. Tilly holds a BA from Oxford University and an MA from the University of Pennsylvania.
